I love eggnog but I am not a fan of dairy, so I concocted this very rich dairy-free nada-eggnog recipe!
One 13 oz can of full-fat coconut milk (you can use lite but it wont have the creamy texture)
26 oz of vanilla soy milk
1/4-1/2 t nutmeg
dash of salt
sweeten to taste with your choice of sweeteners. (I like to use honey but you will have to wait until the mixture comes to room-temperature for the honey to mix in well).
